Technology Transactions Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

Our Technology Transactions Practice Group guides global technology leaders, unicorns, and emerging disruptors through complex and strategic technology and intellectual property transactions in cutting-edge industries including augmented reality and virtual reality, artificial intelligence and robotics, blockchain and distributed ledger, fintech, semiconductors, software, and cloud and as-a-service technologies.
Requirements
- 3-6 year associate with a strong knowledge of intellectual property law
- Member of the California Bar (preferred) or other state bar.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions including: Licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements; Manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements; E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions; Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters.
- Concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
- Help succeed on our team with a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills.
