About The Position

The Technology & Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s technology ecosystem. This role serves as the primary administrator and champion for business systems, including the company website, eCommerce platform, ERP system, customer experience tools, inventory management systems, and other technology platforms that support daily operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, ensuring technology solutions improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, support strategic growth, and enable data-driven decision-making. This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to manage projects, troubleshoot issues, support team members, and collaborate across all departments. This full-time position may require occasional after-hours support for critical system updates, maintenance, or emergencies. While primarily an on-site role, there may be opportunities for remote work when business needs and responsibilities allow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing business technology systems, ERP platforms, websites, eCommerce platforms, or related technologies
  • Strong understanding of website administration and eCommerce management
  • Experience supporting ERP, inventory management, POS, or business management systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epicor Eagle ERP
  • Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar website platforms
  • Experience with CRM and customer experience platforms
  • Familiarity with inventory management and retail operations

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and improve the company website and eCommerce platforms
  • Monitor website performance, uptime, security, and user experience
  • Coordinate website updates, content improvements, and feature enhancements
  • Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to improve performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support online promotions and campaigns
  • Manage integrations between website, ERP, inventory systems, and customer platforms
  • Serve as primary administrator for Epicor Eagle ERP and related business systems. Configure, maintain, and optimize system settings, workflows, and processes
  • Support inventory management, purchasing, sales, reporting, and operational functions within the ERP
  • Coordinate software upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems
  • Manage customer experience and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
  • Support customer loyalty programs, communications, and digital engagement tools
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and convenience
  • Monitor customer feedback channels and recommend technology-driven improvements
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues
  • Coordinate with third-party IT vendors, software providers, and technology partners
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, security settings, and system access
  • Maintain technology documentation, procedures, and training materials
  • Help ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and operational
  • Assist with cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and system backups
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics
  • Support management teams with data analysis and business intelligence
  • Identify trends and opportunities through system-generated reporting
  • Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate and actionable information
