What You Will Do Deliver expert-level support for a wide range of technologies used across Corporate Mine Operations, ensuring reliability, uptime, and seamless functionality in fast‑paced operational environments. Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic support for network infrastructure, data communication systems, mining technology platforms, reliability and monitoring systems, production systems, network clients, and 2‑way radios. Serve as a technical resource and mentor by guiding other technicians in effective problem resolution, troubleshooting methodologies, and repair procedures. Support complex network and infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance, security, and adherence to established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth operations within Command Center and Remote Operations settings. Maintain detailed technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures. What We Offer You The estimated pay range for this role is currently $35.50 - $49.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. Requirements

  • Six (6) years of experience supporting and maintaining information system technologies AND
  • Two (2) technical certifications relevant to the role; OR
  • Eight (8) years of experience supporting and maintaining information system technologies AND
  • One (1) technical certification relevant to the role; OR
  • Ten (10) years of experience supporting and maintaining information system technologies.
  • Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam.
  • Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing.
  • Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS/IT or related discipline
  • CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
  • Rajant, Cisco, or similar network certifications

Responsibilities
