About The Position

Propel operational success with your expertise in technology support and a commitment to continuous improvement. As a Technology Support III team member in Healthcare Link team, you will be instrumental in delivering and deploying mission-critical business features. Your responsibilities will include partnering with technology teams, business stakeholders, project analysts and managers, and third-party vendors to design and carry out comprehensive testing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
  • Hand-on knowledge in Test automation tools like Selenium,Cucumber,JMeter,TestNG,Blazemeter and JAVA
  • Working experience of REST and SOAP web services, API Testing/Automation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
  • Working understanding of public cloud

Responsibilities

  • Develop reliable and scalable automation scripts leveraging industry-leading tools and frameworks including Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, and Java
  • Design comprehensive test coverage encompassing both positive and negative test scenarios, execute automated test suites, and perform thorough results analysis
  • Maintain detailed documentation throughout the testing lifecycle, capturing test execution activities and logging all identified defects
  • Report bugs, errors, and anomalies to the development team in a timely manner, and actively collaborate on diagnostic and remediation activities
  • Deliver coaching and mentorship to team members to build testing capabilities and expertise
  • Conduct product feature demonstrations for business stakeholders to showcase new functionality
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify process gaps and uncover opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Actively contribute to Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives focused on process optimization and transformation
