About The Position

Provides comprehensive technical support to faculty, staff. and campus community members through phone, email, and in-person interactions, Delivers customer-centric, high-qualily technology services, combining strong customer service skills with technical expertise to ensure smooth operations and high-quality technology services across the University. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues. Manage and maintains University computer systems, and oversees inventory and asset management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two (2) or more years of work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Vocational or technical training or degree
  • Four (4) years of work experience in computer hardware or software support
  • Mac Experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service support to campus community; troubleshoots and resolves computer hardware and software related issues, utilizing University system to address service requests.
  • Monitors and maintains computer and printer inventory for campus faculty and staff.
  • Serves as technology liaison for assigned department(s).
  • Collaborates with departmental staff to provide seamless, high quality technology services: provides support and integration assistance for departmental and campus projects.
