About The Position
Ensure continuous availability of all technology assets for the assigned location by providing technical support of District owned computer hardware, software, networks, and servers, concentrating in customer concerns, needs, issues training and guidance.
Requirements
- Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment.
- OR An earned associates degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment.
- Proficiency in basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems.
- Experience installing and maintaining software applications.
- Experience managing and maintaining computer network systems including Virtual and Local Area Networks.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications used in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and electronic mail, cloud storage and other related applications.
- Effective communication skills.
- Computer skills as required for the position.
