The Technology Support Analyst is responsible for coordinating and supervising the usage of permanent and portable audio-visual equipment across App State’s campus. Specific responsibilities in this regard include: Supervision of the audio-visual production staff, Coordination of staff work assignments, Coordination of all technical training for professional staff and student employees, Event supervision where equipment is used, System troubleshooting, and Repair and maintenance of equipment. The position is also responsible for supervising all video production activities for the University coordinated through the Mountaineer Audio Visual team.
