About The Position

This role is for an Analyst, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation within Enterprise Technology Strategy and Transformation. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Info Systems, Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, or Liberal Arts (or a related/equivalent program).
  • Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (e.g., 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily if required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Figure out the right question to a problem that isn't fully defined.
  • Dig into data, build analysis, and find insights that change how a client sees their situation.
  • Be exposed to the latest AI tools and accelerators.
  • Communicate recommendations clearly to executives.
  • Address questions related to target technology states, platform modernization, cloud and architecture evolution, AI value creation, technology debt, and investment tradeoffs.
  • Engage in the full arc of strategic advising: diagnosing business standing, charting future states, shaping modernization roadmaps, designing transformation, and supporting solution activation.
  • Think and bring a perspective into every conversation.
  • Connect strategy and execution to create road-tested strategies measured by the value they create at scale.
