The Technology Solutions Specialist primarily consults with sales teams to drive the adoption of connected solutions to customers by helping build the “value story” which will maximize customer success and mutually beneficial results. This role is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of connected technology and the customers’ business needs, determining where connectivity can provide value, proposing the best solution to meet customer needs, and creating a compelling customer success business case. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
