About The Position

Liberty Healthcare is now accepting applications for an available full-time Manager, Technology Solutions Manager – Infrastructure position. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security and utility of technology systems and related technology infrastructure for a health and human services organization with approximately one thousand end users who are geographically dispersed throughout the United States. You will report directly to Liberty’s CIO/CTO and work closely with a talented and agile team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with operations leaders to understand business needs and opportunities and collaborating on the design, development, and deployment of effective solutions
• Supporting application and data teams by delivering DevOps and related infrastructure services to enable rapid development and deployment of new capabilities
• Continually evaluating technology processes and services to identify areas for increased value, additional efficiency and cost savings
• Managing relationships with technology vendors and partners
• Partnering with the organization’s Chief Information Security Officer to ensure data security and system resiliency
• Monitoring system performance and implementing optimization initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
• Creating and documenting standardized repeatable processes with supporting procedures
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of the company’s technology assets and resources
• Ensuring end user and technology support processes are consistent across headquarters and business unit operations
• Contributing to the company’s technical disaster recovery / business continuity program
• Keeping up to date with current technology and best practices.
• Actively contributing to a culture of quality
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of cloud engineers and administrators
