Overview We are looking for a Strategic Solution Architect (SSA) to support growth across Enablon’s Operational Risk Management (ORM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Process Safety Management (PSM) solutions. This is a senior, cross-functional role within the Solution Engineering organization, working closely with Presales, Sales, Marketing, BDRs, and Professional Services to support complex customer engagements. The role focuses on pipeline development, solution positioning, and expansion within existing customers, while ensuring strong alignment between business requirements and implementation approach. You will work across regions and industries, supporting both new business and expansion opportunities, and helping customers define their digital strategy and roadmap. You will be part of a highly experienced global Solution Engineering team (ORM), working alongside domain experts across ORM, EHS, and PSM, with strong collaboration across Sales and Professional Services. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Development & Growth Support Sales, Marketing, and BDR teams in building pipeline, particularly for Control of Work (COW) and broader solution opportunities Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and regional campaigns Provide input into messaging and positioning aligned to market needs (e.g. North America) Solution Positioning Support Sales in positioning Enablon solutions across ORM, EHS, and PSM domains Identify opportunities to expand scope across multiple use cases and business areas Contribute to value-based discussions with customers Strategic Deal Support Engage in complex and high-value opportunities Support deal strategy, solution definition, and customer engagement Collaborate with Presales to deliver demonstrations and solution narratives Lead or support RFP/RFx responses, including solution design, value articulation, and coordination with internal stakeholders Expansion & Upsell Identify opportunities to expand within existing customers Support adoption of additional capabilities and related use cases Professional Services Alignment Work closely with Professional Services early in the sales cycle Help define implementation approach and ensure realistic scope Customer Transformation Support Support customers in digital transformation initiatives, including: implementation strategy change management transition from on-premise to cloud Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Proven experience with the Enablon platform Strong domain expertise in ORM, EHS, PSM 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Architecture, or Solution Engineering Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level sales cycles Desired Skills Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions in risk, safety, or operations domains Ability to translate business requirements into practical solution and implementation approaches Strong commercial awareness and ability to support deal strategy Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting pipeline development and go-to-market initiatives Highly collaborative, able to operate across regions and teams Additional Information This is a global overlay role, not limited to a single region Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based commission aligned to business outcomes Travel may be required depending on business and customer needs Our Interview Practices To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts. Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.
