About The Position

Our offices in British Columbia are seeking undergraduate Computer Science, Business Administration, or Commerce students to join the team as a summer intern hire in Summer 2027 as a part of our Technology Risk Services practice. Today's organizations – whether businesses, public sector entities or not-for-profit organizations – are heavily and increasingly reliant on information systems, digital technologies, data and the cloud to gain and maintain strategic advantage, and to achieve and sustain operational efficiency and effectiveness. Similarly, they are increasingly reliant on not just internal resources, but also on third parties to successfully select, design, implement, and maintain these technologies and technology-enabled processes, services and solutions. KPMG's Technology Risk Services Team helps our clients achieve these goals by providing clients with a range of Advisory and Assurance services focused on strengthening business resilience, managing business risks, and catalyzing business performance. Our value is in applying and integrating our wide range of technology, business, advisory, assurance, and risk management expertise to specific business and management problems. Examples of the areas on which our engagements focus include: Cyber Security, Privacy, and Cloud Security Advisory and Assurance Services, Trusted AI, Blockchain, and Emerging Technology Advisory & Assurance Services, Business Resilience Advisory and Assurance Services, Business Systems Controls Advisory and Assurance Services, System Implementation Advisory and Assurance Services, Technology Project Advisory and Assurance Services, Technology Governance, Risk Compliance Advisory and Assurance Services.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Computer Science, Business Administration, or Commerce student.
  • Excellent academic record.
