About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Technology Resilience & ServiceNow BCM Analyst for a major financial institution. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with a rate range of $40-50/hr W2. The role focuses on supporting the organization's Technology Resilience and Business Continuity Management programs, with a specific emphasis on ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and the ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) module. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technology resilience/business continuity knowledge, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and the ability to translate program requirements into effective dashboards, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technology resilience, business continuity, IT risk, technology governance, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including creating or maintaining dashboards, reports, and metrics.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) module or closely related ServiceNow resilience/risk functionality.
  • Strong understanding of technology resilience and business continuity concepts, including recovery planning, resilience assessments, testing, remediation, and risk management.
  • Experience working with multiple technology organizations such as infrastructure, cloud, applications, databases, cybersecurity, and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and risks from large amounts of data.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting, dashboard, and process solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience creating executive-level reporting and presenting complex information in a concise manner.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Technology Resilience or Business Continuity programs within a large financial institution.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, reporting, Performance Analytics, or data visualization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow BCM, Risk, GRC, or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow data models and integrating data from multiple technology systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and controls related to operational resilience, business continuity, or technology risk.
  • Experience with process improvement and automation.
  • Experience developing KPIs, KRIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
  • Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and database resiliency concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Technology Resilience and Business Continuity Management programs across a large financial institution.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow dashboards and reports used to monitor technology resilience and BCM activities.
  • Work within the ServiceNow BCM module to support business continuity, resilience, risk, and recovery-related processes.
  • Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams to gather and validate resilience-related information.
  • Analyze ServiceNow data and develop dashboards that provide meaningful visibility into program status, risks, remediation activities, testing, and compliance.
  • Translate business and resilience requirements into ServiceNow reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Identify data-quality issues and work with technology teams to improve the accuracy and completeness of ServiceNow records.
  • Support reporting and metrics for senior management and program stakeholders.
  • Participate in technology resilience assessments, recovery planning, testing, and remediation activities.
  • Help identify technology vulnerabilities, resiliency gaps, and areas requiring remediation.
  • Track action items and remediation activities through completion and provide regular status reporting.
  • Support documentation of resilience processes, procedures, controls, and related governance activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and automate manual reporting where possible.
  • Analyze complex technical information and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
