About The Position
A leading financial services organization is strengthening its technology resilience capabilities by improving how teams prepare for, respond to, and recover from technology disruptions. This role supports a collaborative environment where infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams work together to enhance operational stability and recovery readiness across enterprise technology environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure support, production support, disaster recovery, cloud operations, systems administration, application support, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience participating in technical discussions across infrastructure, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup/recovery technologies, and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and cross-functional teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceNow BCM Module and creating ServiceNow dashboards is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support technology resilience initiatives by partnering with engineering and operational teams to improve recovery readiness.
- Participate in technical discussions involving servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup solutions, and enterprise applications.
- Analyze technology disruptions, identify recovery challenges, and help drive remediation activities.
- Create recovery test documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
- Translate complex technical information into clear insights for both technical teams and leadership.
- Assist with tracking resilience improvements, dependencies, risks, and recovery blockers across technology areas.
