About The Position

It is an exciting time to join us at Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business, we are embarking on the next stage of our firm-wide strategy to build, improve and develop upon our strong, historic foundations. Our growing Risk & Resilience team is looking to add a new Analyst to the team to support our Business Resilience Manager with their growing remit across the firm. You will play a valuable role in helping the team deliver Redmayne Bentley’s two-year enhancement plan and wider business resilience framework. Your existing experience in this area will add valued knowledge and support during this critical time. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring the firm’s critical services and dependencies are protected from an ever-changing array of vulnerabilities and threats.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity or Risk Management.
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to deliver accurate and timely work.
  • Inquisitive and not afraid to challenge, where appropriate, to ensure resilience activities are evidenced properly.
  • Natural collaborator who can build strong working relationships with colleagues, third parties and other stakeholders.
  • Fast learner with the ability to communicate to different audiences, tailoring your approach where necessary.
  • Comfortable with data and can use it to identify trends, gaps and themes to deliver evidence-based recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energy and confidence to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
  • Demonstrate core values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Responsibility and Teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Resilience Manager with their growing remit across the firm.
  • Help the team deliver Redmayne Bentley’s two-year enhancement plan and wider business resilience framework.
  • Contribute to ensuring the firm’s critical services and dependencies are protected from an ever-changing array of vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Take on more responsibility within the role and develop skills and experience further through CPD and other development opportunities.
  • Potentially progress into a more senior role in the future with developmental and coaching support.
