Position Summary and Role Impact: The Senior, Technology Project Manager (STPM) is a senior individual contributor responsible for converting approved business and technology priorities into coordinated, executable delivery plans. The role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation and closure, integrating scope, schedules, resources, financials, dependencies, testing, business readiness, governance, and change control to achieve defined outcomes. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, the STPM partners with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Quality, Finance, and external vendors. The position applies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery practices as appropriate, while maintaining disciplined project governance, transparent JIRA and Confluence records, and concise executive reporting. In this role, the STPM is expected to create clarity in ambiguous situations, anticipate cross-team impacts, challenge assumptions constructively, drive timely decisions, hold teams accountable for commitments, and escalate delivery risks with context, business impact, options, and recommendations.
