About The Position

As a Project Manager in the Technology Consulting group, you will be responsible for managing the budget, timeline, scope, profitability, and client satisfaction of mid- to –large size technology engagements for our clients. This position will focus on our NetSuite ERP implementations but is expected to spend up to 25% of their time leading projects in other departments across Technology Consulting. Proactively manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations, resetting expectations and communicating changes with clarity and confidence. Fostering healthy, collaborative relationships with our clients, as well as between internal teams Maximize project profitability while maintaining high standards of client service Keeping project documentation (project record details, project plan, RAID log, resource allocations) accurate and up to date Ensuring accurate resource time entries, invoicing clients, and managing accounts receivable Maintaining project velocity by ensuring resource allocation is sufficient, internal resources are delivering to expectation, and client is actively engaged Proactively identify, manage, and resolve project risks and issues to support successful delivery Maintaining a personal billable utilization target of at least 75%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in tech or professional services.
  • Successfully manages a high workload across multiple projects while maintaining quality, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Skilled at influencing and securing buy-in from teams outside your reporting line.
  • Assertive and diplomatic—able to challenge decisions, advocate for your team, resolve conflicts or proactively address challenges before the problem arises.
  • Expert at prioritizing across clients, projects, and resource constraints, with strong judgment around trade-offs and delivery impact.
  • Creative problem solver who turns risks into opportunities.
  • Adept at managing resource allocations, capacity, project needs, and delivery risk across multiple delivery teams.
  • Provides clear internal project visibility by keeping plans, risks, next steps, and ownership current.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-focused.
  • Strong communicator—written, verbal, and at the executive level.
  • Proven ability leveraging AI tools for internal work to improve project management efficiency, strengthen PM skills, and support consistent project delivery.
  • Willing to travel up to 5%.
  • Proven experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional teams of developers, consultants, client stakeholders and internal stakeholders in delivery to deliver ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business acumen, please share if you have depth in any specific industries.
  • Experience coordinating the execution of key milestones (Planning & Design, Testing, Cutover Planning, Cutover, Go-live, and Post Go-live support).
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks specific to ERP implementations, such as data integrity, process alignment, stakeholder engagement & user adoption risks.
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and technical teams, leveraging expertise in the software development lifecycle and system integrations to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
