Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in program & project management roles
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
- This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project stability and success.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.
- Provide guidance and expertise to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
