Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in program & project management roles
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
- Defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
- Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project stability and success.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.
- Provide guidance and expertise to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
