General Function: Primary point of knowledge base on all things Integrated Solutions (IS), equipment and process. You will be responsible for knowledge transfer from Global IS team (as well as PM, Factory and AE when applicable), to Sales, Service and Customer. Support the Sales team with product, application and productivity knowledge and level 3 support when needed for SLNA only.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from accredited college or university. 4+ years of experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in technology and product management industry.
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Project Management experience.
  • Experience in Optical industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regional requests (Software development, process and HW changes) with Global IS Team (as well as PM, Factory and AE when applicable).
  • Build Install base for all labs to have MES-360 as their hub. Drive business change and develop road map to have all U.S. Labs installed with MES-360. Manage each install and insure connectivity of machines.
  • Drive sales of E-Ticket and other IS products – with assistance from SLNA sales organization.
  • Liaison with Global IS team.
  • High level support for Sr. Director of the Technology Group and Sr. VP of Service.
  • Own Support training of current and new employees on all IS Products.
  • Supports IS Academy activities, creating curriculums, preparing for classes and instructing classes.
  • Support RxME, RX Universe and Lab optimizations projects at customers.
  • Support programming needs for SmartCrib, Kimber responsibilities and other install needs at labs.
  • Set up networks for reuse servers, iFLEX servers, and other related programming needs.
  • Go into the field to investigate IS problems when needed.
  • Creates reports for the SLNA Sales and Service Teams.
  • Own NA Beta sites for IS products in collaboration with Global IS direction. (as well as PM, Factory and AE when applicable),
  • Attends trade shows to provide support and assistance during customer meetings and on the show floor for demonstrations.
  • When appropriate, act as Project Manager on Large or complex projects that require a lot of IS support. HOR and Sr. Director of Technology will coordinate with Sr. Project Manager to assign certain projects for this role to oversee.
