Responsibilities
- Guide customers through their vehicle’s features, technology, and controls
- Clearly explain vehicle functions and answer customer questions
- Assist with technology concerns and basic troubleshooting
- Personalize each vehicle delivery to the customer’s needs
- Create a positive, professional, and memorable customer experience
- Stay knowledgeable about current products and technology
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
