The Technology Product Analyst will be a key member of the IT Product Management Team, contributing to this mission.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a business analyst or product analyst/owner.
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Agile training as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Experience Documenting Complex Business Solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and how to leverage them in product workflows.
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functional areas.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues in work products.
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent follow-up skills required.
• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.

• Masters or MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Works with executive and senior leaders to create and maintain an operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technology.
• Partners with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.
• Creates UI/UX wireframes and mockups using Figma or similar professional tools (including AI-powered design tools) to support product requirements and guide development teams
• Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
• Partners with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing.
• Coordinates the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
