Human Resources & Development (HR&D) – Workforce Technology (WFT) is looking for a Technology Product Analyst to help modernize and optimize the HR&D technologies used by our workforce, with a strong focus on AI enablement. In this role, you will identify and prioritize AI opportunities, translate HR&D needs into well-defined use cases, and help deliver production-ready AI solutions that improve the employee experience and advance HR&D capabilities. The ideal candidate embraces Agile principles and continuous improvement, relentlessly seeks customer input, and thrives on working in a small, self-directed team. You’ll bring a blend of strategic thinking and technical curiosity—rapidly prototyping and validating solutions, evaluating performance and impact, and helping scale successful capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following:
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts (including generative AI) and the ability to apply them to business workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to research technology best practices and recommend practical paths forward.
  • Experience collaborating and executing work using Agile principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or configuring solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform.
  • Exposure to AWS-based solution patterns and services used in modern applications/AI (e.g., Amazon Bedrock and agent capabilities).
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI governance/risk processes and producing approval-ready documentation.
  • Experience designing AI-enabled workflows and defining evaluation criteria/quality metrics.
  • Vendor evaluation/management experience.
  • Ability to synthesize emerging tech research into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end delivery of AI solutions (discovery through deployment and monitoring), leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Platform and AWS AI services.
  • Partner with HR&D stakeholders to facilitate AI use case identification, intake, submission, prioritization, and completion of enterprise AI risk and governance steps.
  • Research emerging technologies and trends relevant to workforce technology and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations (pilots, proofs of value, roadmaps).
  • Coordinate vendor engagement activities as needed (e.g., NDAs, technical deep dives, technology showcases) and contribute to comparative assessments.
  • Develop and enhance HR&D workforce technology strategies and implementation plans to meet current and future business needs.
  • Develop targeted communications (presentations, updates, training, and reporting) to share AI direction, progress, and outcomes with stakeholders.

  • Potential starting salary range: $66,071 - $130,000
  • Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience.
