About The Position

As a Restaurant Technology Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the technology that supports our restaurants every day. You’ll help Make a Difference by translating real operational needs into technology solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and the team member and guest experience. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support, you’ll Win as One, aligning teams around shared priorities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in product, analysis, technology, or operations roles
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation
  • High attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams
  • Proven ability to collaborate in cross‑functional environments
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, evolving environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technology in restaurant, retail, or multi‑unit environments
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, product backlogs, or user stories
  • Experience with pilots, rollouts, or change‑management support
  • Exposure to operational analytics or performance reporting
  • Experience working with third‑party vendors or technology partners

Responsibilities

  • Support the full lifecycle of restaurant technology products from planning through rollout
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand operational needs and pain points
  • Analyze feedback, pilot results, adoption metrics, and performance data
  • Support testing, pilots, rollout readiness, and post‑launch reviews
  • Assist with managing product backlogs, priorities, and release documentation
  • Identify product gaps, workflow friction, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive‑ready summaries for stakeholders
