Technology Operations Specialist professional will get an opportunity to work on managing self-service applications. Key responsibilities include providing operational support, performing application releases, and deploying hotfixes or patches. They should be able to work as a team with other technical teams such as Networking, GIS, Server and/or DBA teams, etc. to analyze data, connectivity, to determine system failure point or root cause. Support and maintain critical Linux infrastructure that powers key business self-services. Investigate and resolve complex production issues using advanced monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Partner with internal teams, customers, and technology vendors to identify root causes and drive permanent solutions. Monitor platform health, create operational dashboards, and proactively identify service risks. Contribute to a culture of operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and system reliability. Participate in Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities to ensure stable and resilient services. Participate in Disaster Recovery and Resiliency program. This job is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of infrastructure solutions to meet specific deployment requirements aligned with available playbooks and technical blueprints. Key responsibilities include providing and communicating technology solutions across audiences and participating in projects and activities related to special initiatives or operations. Job expectations include leading the resolution process for problems, adhering to defined practices and policies to obtain results, and establishing input/output processes and working parameters for systems.
