Requirements

10+ years of experience as a System Administrator supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Experience administering and troubleshooting Linux operating systems.
Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and end-user systems.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a mission-focused environment.
Ten (10) years of relevant System Administration experience is required.
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

Provide implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for IT systems.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including problem identification, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution.
Configure, administer, monitor, and maintain Linux operating systems.
Support servers, storage, networks, mobile devices, and other IT infrastructure.
Install, configure, patch, and troubleshoot operating systems and network components.
Monitor system performance, optimize resource utilization, and support capacity planning.
Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
Provide technical analysis and status updates to management and internal customers.
Support hardware and dispatch system issues through resolution.
Implement system enhancements to improve reliability, availability, and performance.
