About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technology Operations Analyst. This is a full-time, contract (W2) position with a duration of 12+ months, located in Irving, TX, requiring 5 days on-site. As a Technology Operations Analyst, you will provide white glove, high-touch support for executive conference rooms and collaboration technologies. You will support and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Cisco video conferencing systems, and hybrid meeting environments. You will also manage and administer collaboration platforms through Teams Admin Center and Cisco Control Hub, monitor collaboration services and network performance using Thousand Eyes and other monitoring tools, and diagnose and resolve issues related to audio, video, conferencing, room scheduling, and meeting room technologies. Additionally, you will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience supporting enterprise collaboration technologies and AV environments
Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Cisco Video Conferencing Solutions (Room Kit, Webex Rooms, Webex Devices) and Cisco Control Hub.
Knowledge of AV signal flow, audio/video troubleshooting, and room control systems.

Responsibilities
