Through real-world assignments and collaboration with business and technology partners, you’ll gain exposure to the systems and workflows that enable better investment outcomes. Make it count. Are you a self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems and connecting technology to real-world impact? Join a team where innovation is driven by purpose. You’ll work alongside engineers, analysts, and investment professionals to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, support decision-making, and strengthen Vanguard’s investment capabilities. Through technical capstones, hackathons, and solution-oriented projects, you’ll build both your technical skillset and your ability to collaborate, influence, and lead. The Technology Leadership Program is a two-year rotational development program available to graduating college seniors who are ready to enter the business world, and eager to develop their technical expertise in Investment Systems while building their leadership skills.
