About The Position

Our Technology Lead is responsible for executing advanced loss analysis, developing analytical tools, and supporting engineering improvements with defined autonomy to ensure equipment performance, operational stability, and standardization across sites. This role provides technical and engineering leadership, drives loss elimination initiatives, and develops technology standards that enable scalable deployment and capability building across factories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or technical/engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, aligned with functional skill matrix requirements.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of advanced analytical and problem‑solving tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, with no mobility restrictions.
  • Strong competencies in analytical thinking, action orientation, interpersonal effectiveness, and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Support advanced loss analysis, analytical tool development, and low‑complexity technical solutions.
  • Contribute to factory‑level improvement projects aligned with site and global priorities.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and data models to enable performance monitoring and root‑cause investigations at the site level, ensuring alignment with Global CBAs and Operational Excellence pillars.
  • Own the execution of advanced loss analysis (planned and unplanned), validating root causes, driving corrective actions, and supporting design optimization to achieve OGSM targets.
  • Support design improvements in collaboration with OEMs, including URS development and participation in the engineering change pipeline, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability improvements are embedded into the asset base.
  • Contribute to technical solution development by creating localized, low‑complexity engineering or analytical solutions with minimal investment requirements.
  • Identify productivity opportunities and support global productivity and NCI initiatives.
  • Support and contribute to Knowledge Transfer Packages (KTPs), enabling factories to deploy process improvements, and define the right KPIs and metrics to track and monitor process performance.
  • Support the maintenance of manufacturing process standards, including PCH and reference packages.
  • Lead, facilitate, and build capabilities in relevant IM tools, strengthening analytical and technical maturity across the organization.
