Requirements

• Strong understanding of Customer Management Services CMS processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar customer management systems.
• Knowledge of customer data management and customer lifecycle processes.
• Experience with API integrations RESTSOAP.
• Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with workflow automation and business process management.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
