About The Position

This internship program provides an opportunity to work directly with Development teams in a fast-paced, tech-led environment. Interns will gain hands-on experience with various technologies and disciplines including devops, data engineering, cyber security, web development, business intelligence, software engineering, and stream processing. The program is designed for innovative problem solvers who demonstrate creative use of technology. Successful participants may have the opportunity to return full-time as a graduate upon completion of their studies. The program specifically seeks penultimate year students for conversion into graduates in 2028. Interns will hone software and programming skills, build an understanding of the business and financial markets, and join a cutting-edge team with opportunities for responsibility and autonomy. Project selection is collaborative, with proposals from the Technology team and final selection by senior managers. Interns will collaborate in pairs with the proposing team. Comprehensive support is provided, including induction, mentoring, seminars, social events, charitable activities, and a final project presentation. Project examples include integrating AI tools, creating UIs for estate visualization, and building alert tooling.

Requirements

Penultimate year students (for New York program).
Ability to assume as much responsibility and autonomy as you can take on.

Not specifically looking for those on a Computer Science degree, but for those who have actively developed technical, programming skills.

Responsibilities

Work directly with Development teams.
