About The Position

The Technology Engineer, Principal provides enterprise-wide technical leadership and strategic direction for technology engineering initiatives. The role guides modernization efforts, establishes engineering best practices, and helps ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business strategy. The position influences architectural standards and drives innovation across multiple systems and services.

The role provides technical leadership for enterprise technology strategy, governance, and architecture alignment; leads cross-platform integration and modernization initiatives; defines engineering standards, frameworks, and automation practices; partners with senior IT and business leaders on strategic initiatives; mentors engineers; evaluates emerging technologies; and performs other assigned duties. Regular and reliable attendance and compliance with policies and standards are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent.
• More than 10 years of experience in technology engineering, information technology solution development, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in enterprise technology architecture and modernization practices.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Expert knowledge of integration frameworks and automation strategies.
• Ability to drive innovation across complex technology environments.
• Strong technical decision-making and enterprise architecture skills.

Nice To Haves

• Extensive hands-on experience designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise VMware environments, including support for legacy versions and modern release upgrades.
• Deep technical expertise configuring, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade Dell hardware, server operating systems, and underlying physical infrastructure at scale.
• Practical experience implementing and administering Nutanix solutions to support high-density virtualization and streamline cross-domain infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
