About The Position

As a Technology Applied Intelligence Analyst within the Technology Development Program (TDP), you will work on projects combining artificial intelligence with data, analytics, and automation to solve business problems and create value. The role involves exploring how AI can improve company operations and being at the forefront of reinvention. Candidates should frequently use AI in their daily work or studies, demonstrating practical examples of leveraging AI, including writing effective prompts, iterating on outputs, and adapting AI responses to solve real problems. You will contribute to meaningful projects, helping companies unlock new potential by augmenting human capabilities with AI, and develop market-leading technology assets and services. The role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying custom applications and services, collaborating with engineering, architect, and product teams for API integrations, tool use implementations, and agentic workflow design. You will also iterate on prompts and system instructions to optimize AI across client projects, participate in client meetings, and communicate updates professionally. In-person collaboration with teams, clients, and leaders is essential for relationship building and learning. Soft skills like communication, adaptability, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strong organizational abilities are important. The role may involve specializations such as: Anthropic/Claude Analyst, focusing on using Claude models and the Anthropic ecosystem to design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions; or Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Analyst, for those with strong software engineering foundations, high learning agility, and AI savviness, working across the full software development lifecycle to build and evolve custom applications, platforms, and APIs, leveraging cloud, DevOps, and AI tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field
  • Foundational programming experience (e,g., .NET, Python, or Node.js)
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Codex, Gemini)
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

  • Academic projects or internships in software development
  • Academic projects or internships experiences with large language models (LLMs) or AI/ML tools in a professional setting
  • Understanding of Agile fundamentals
  • API and service‑oriented architectures
