About The Position

Our Technology Development Program (TECDP) is a two‑year program designed to build technical expertise and a holistic understanding of how technology fuels transformation across the healthcare industry. Associates join a technical track aligned to their interests and career goals, gaining hands‑on experience, expanding their technical acumen, and collaborating across disciplines to solve real‑world challenges in healthcare. This role is designed to support your transition from academia to industry. The program is ideal for recent graduates and early‑career professionals who are curious, motivated, and eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting. The Cybersecurity Track is designed for individuals passionate about protecting data, investigating threats, and building resilient systems across healthcare.

Requirements

  • Must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology at the time of hire. Related degrees will be considered with demonstrated interest or exposure to Cyber Security.
  • Familiarity with network and cloud security, application security, identity and access management (IAM), and secure system design.
  • Exposure to threat intelligence, incident response, digital forensics, security operations (SOC), risk analysis, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), and vulnerability management.
  • Academic coursework, internships, or projects focused on Cybersecurity.
  • Leadership or involvement in clubs, organizations, hackathons, technical competitions, or research projects.
  • Effectively share ideas with technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Build strong relationships and work well on diverse teams.
  • Analyze complex problems and create innovative solutions.
  • Understand how technology supports healthcare and connects to business goals.
  • Leverage personal and team strengths to drive results.
  • Pursue continuous learning and career development.
  • Use foundational and emerging technologies responsibly to deliver value.
  • Eligible for employment in the United States and who do not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship including, but not limited to, H-1B, CPT/OPT/STEM.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Cyber Security across technical and investigative teams, supporting threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation to protect sensitive health data and critical infrastructure.
  • Gain hands-on experience through real-world challenges in SOC analysis, forensics, and secure system engineering.
  • Collaborate with peers, mentors, and cross-functional partners through community-focused and team-based initiatives.
  • Learn by doing while supporting recruiting, innovation, onboarding, and community engagement efforts.
  • Participate in core and track-specific curriculum, including technical training, leadership development, and business exposure to support your growth as a well-rounded technologist.
  • Build strong relationships through networking, mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and peer engagement that support both personal and professional growth.
