About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York, Chicago, or Boston. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a technology delivery lead for M&A, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the implementation, execution, control, and completion of key technology integration initiatives for Oliver Wyman mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product and/or initiative management, with a strong focus on business analysis in M&A contexts.
In-depth knowledge of tech initiative management methodologies and frameworks, along with information management practices and tech solution delivery processes, particularly in M&A.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially in M&A scenarios.

Responsibilities

Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and initiative updates to stakeholders and the Senior M&A Manager.
Collaborate with Tech teams to evaluate and recommend technology solutions that support M&A objectives and enhance integration processes.
Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and coordinate activities across departments involved in M&A.
Develop effective plans with defined objectives, deliverables, and communication plans tailored to M&A activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to support successful delivery of key M&A initiatives.
