Position Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. A Delivery Lead, is an individual contributor at the program level.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a project manager or delivery lead managing technology projects
Experience with the following technologies: PPRT and Jira for project management, CRQ (Remedy) to keep track of defects, Permit to Send, Excel
Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization
Executive reporting and presentation skills
Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels
Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space.
Familiarity with various project management tools
Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
Agile experience strongly desired
