Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs. Position Summary: The Senior Service Delivery Lead, Technology is a senior execution and governance leader responsible for enabling the consistent, high-quality delivery of technology risk, compliance, change, and remediation outcomes across Consumer Technology portfolios. This role provides execution clarity, governance rigor, and delivery enablement across large programs and application portfolios by partnering with Technology Executives, Software Owners, Risk, and Program owners. The leader ensures that applications operate within risk appetite, enterprise standards are met, and program remediation commitments are delivered on time with transparency and accountability. The role owns and facilitates critical program governance routines, drives visibility into risk posture and delivery health, removes execution barriers, and escalates issues as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing large, cross‑functional programs through full lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of program governance, including risk, issue, change, and dependency management
  • Strong skills in program governance, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive executive‑level alignment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • GTO experience

Responsibilities

  • Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain
  • Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teams
  • Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expenses
  • Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them
  • Ensures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammates
  • Develops business cases for new products and additional features for existing products
  • Partners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trends
  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Should be able to own tasks and support application teams in achieving the stated goals
  • Expected to identify Process gaps, Risk, and other Operational Excellence items
