This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance with standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meet the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor. Senior Delivery Lead responsible for end to end delivery of complex, cross functional technology programs with significant business, client, and employee experience impact. This role goes beyond traditional project management to provide strategic delivery leadership, strong technical fluency, and the ability to translate between business outcomes and technical execution. The Delivery Lead partners closely with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, risk, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and govern technical initiatives from concept through production stabilization. The role requires deep understanding of software delivery lifecycles, enterprise platforms, dependencies, and risk, combined with the ability to lead through influence across multiple organizations. You will own delivery outcomes, proactively identify and resolve risks, guide teams through ambiguity, and ensure solutions are technically sound, compliant, scalable, and aligned to strategic objectives. This role operates as both a hands on delivery leader and a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
