About The Position

Accenture is seeking an experienced delivery leader to lead large, complex enterprise transformation programs from strategy through execution, with a focus on SAP, Oracle, and data transformation initiatives in the Utilities industry. The role balances client expectations, governance, financial performance, risk management, resource planning, and delivery quality while driving business value. The lead serves as an executive client advisor, aligns stakeholder groups, manages globally distributed teams, and drives issue resolution. Responsibilities span full-lifecycle platform implementations, organizational change readiness, hypercare, and transition to ongoing operations. Travel may be required and can range from 0% to 100%, depending on business and client needs.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience leading large-scale technology or business transformation programs.
At least 5 years of experience managing complex enterprise delivery engagements.
At least 5 years supporting the Utilities industry and its clients.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 12 years of work experience; alternatively, an associate’s degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs with significant budgets, multiple workstreams, and global, cross-functional teams.
Expertise delivering large-scale SAP, Oracle, or Enterprise Data & Analytics initiatives, including ERP modernization and cloud migration.
Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
Demonstrated expertise in program governance, financial management, resource allocation, and executive reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Skill in driving organizational change, resolving complex delivery challenges, and balancing long-term strategy with daily execution.
U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on leadership in large-scale SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM), or enterprise Data & AI modernization initiatives, such as data lakes, data warehouses, and AI integrations.
Experience managing program budgets exceeding $25 million or leading large outsourcing and managed services engagements.
Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation technologies.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, SAP, Oracle, or major cloud platform certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex enterprise transformations involving SAP, Oracle, or data across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery quality.
Advise executive clients, facilitate steering committees, report program status, and drive rapid alignment.
Establish delivery operating models, manage dependencies and escalations, and handle contract commitments and scope changes.
Own financial performance, including budgeting, margin management, resource forecasting, and contract change requests.
Manage and mentor large, cross-functional, globally distributed delivery teams.
Oversee full-lifecycle platform implementations, organizational change readiness, hypercare, and transition to ongoing operations.
