About The Position

We are seeking an Technology Analyst Student in Edmonton, Alberta, that is available for 4 or 8 months starting in September 8, 2026. As an Technology Analyst Student you will contribute to our team by: Assists in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical cloud infrastructure Remediate incident escalations from customers, vendors, and other Business Technology teams Assists in the development and maintaining of policies and governance in our cloud infrastructure Assists with Research and Development initiatives and participate in Proof-of-Concepts Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system documentation Supports the team in providing business process, application requirements definition, and documentation for a given project Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a management information systems program, an information technology or computer engineering program, or an operations management program
- Always on top of the latest technology trends
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
- Ability & willingness to learn programming or scripting languages, such as PowerShell or .NET, to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting best practices is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is an asset
Responsibilities
- Assists in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical cloud infrastructure
