About The Position

Trimont’s Technology Analyst Program (TAP) is a highly selective, two-year development program designed for recent graduates passionate about technology, business operations, and digital transformation. Participants gain hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility by working on real-world technology initiatives and collaborating across business, operations, and IT teams. The program offers immersive learning in areas such as artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, and other emerging technologies, while also providing foundational exposure to core business functions. TAP equips analysts with technical skills, industry knowledge, and strategic mindset needed to drive innovation, align technology solutions with business objectives, and develop into future technology leaders at Trimont.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (IT, Data/Analytics, AI or related fields preferred).
  • Graduates from Winter 2026/Spring 2027
  • Strong interest in technology-enabled business solutions, with a particular focus on leveraging artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn complex concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in adynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable working with data and systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Curiosity about how technology and AI can improve business processes
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative approach

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience with AI and automation, including developing intelligent agents, workflow automations, and reusable code to enhance Trimont’s business processes.
  • Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to design, test, validate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in internal tools and user interfaces.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improved efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and user experience across Trimont’s platforms.
  • Support requirements gathering by mapping workflows, documenting pain points, and defining future-state processes enabled by AI.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven tools and features.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to generate insights and drive continuous improvement of AI solutions.
  • Participate in pilot testing, validation, issue tracking, and implementation of AI initiatives, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Create documentation and enablement materials to support adoption of new AI features.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, such as agent-based workflows and automation frameworks, aligned with business goals.
  • Stay current on AI trends and apply responsible, practical approaches to technology in a regulated, client-focused environment.
