Technology Adoption Specialist
About The Position
The Technology Adoption Specialist will ensure that new technologies are effectively integrated into an organization’s workflows. This role guides onboarding, training, change management, and user support to ensure employees fully adopt technology, improving productivity, user experience, and the success of digital transformation initiatives. The specialist will provide expertise to drive organizational success by ensuring stakeholders successfully adopt technology solutions and maximize their value. This includes creating change management plans that streamline new workflows to minimize friction during implementation phases, and designing and delivering training, self-service knowledge bases, and guided walkthroughs to accelerate adoption. The goal is to build systems to change the HR landscape for the better.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT change management or technology adoption
- 3+ years of experience supporting the intelligence community
- Experience developing technical user guides and job aids
- Experience developing and delivering technical training
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
- Knowledge of knowledge management practices
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Agile methodology, requirements management and JIRA, or a similar RTM platform
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
- Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher
