Technology Adoption Specialist
About The Position
Are you looking for an opportunity to ensure that new technologies are effectively integrated into an organization’s workflows? We’re looking for a specialist to help an organization successfully implement and use new digital tools by guiding onboarding, training, change management, and user support, ensuring employees fully adopt technology to improve productivity, user experience, and the success of digital transformation initiatives. We need a digital transformation specialist who will provide expertise to drive organizational success by ensuring stakeholders successfully adopt technology solutions and maximize their value. You’ll create change management plans that streamline new workflows to minimize friction during implementation phases. workflows to minimize friction during implementation phases. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT change management or technology adoption
- 3+ years of experience supporting the intelligence community
- Experience developing technical user guides and job aids
- Experience developing and delivering technical training
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
- Knowledge of knowledge management practices
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Agile methodology, requirements management and JIRA, or a similar RTM platform
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
- Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher
