About The Position

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging and patient-centered care by accurately positioning patients and optimizing technical settings. The technologist will prepare and administer specialized radiopharmaceuticals with clinical precision and empathy, keeping patient comfort top of mind while capturing high-clarity diagnostic maps. They will maintain seamless diagnostic workflows by conducting routine performance checks on specialized equipment and promptly uploading clear, accurate records into the picture archiving system (PACS) to prevent care delays. Additionally, the technologist will champion a safe, compliant clinical space by upholding rigorous radiation safety protocols and maintaining a clean, well-organized department for both their team and their patients.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
  • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Nuclear Medicine credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. General Radiography is also required in addition to Nuclear Medicine.
  • State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
