About The Position

The Commercialization Engineering Technologist is a site-based technical role responsible for enabling robust commercialization, process scale-up, and sustained manufacturing performance of new and existing products at the Hillmount manufacturing site. The role ensures products are translated from development intent into stable, repeatable manufacturing processes that meet quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives. Through disciplined engineering trials, process validation, and risk mitigation, the role drives right first time execution and manufacturing readiness prior to commercial release. Acting as the primary site technical owner for assigned product portfolios, the Commercialization Engineering Technologist leads line trials, establishes process parameters and control strategies, analyzes performance data, and resolves technical issues during launch and ramp up. The role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Packaging Development, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure manufacturability, process capability, and post-launch stabilization. This position is critical to maintaining manufacturing continuity, strengthening process control, and delivering value realization and agility initiatives within a fast-paced, high complexity production environment.
