About The Position

Radiology Ltd., a 500-employee medical imaging organization seeks a Full Time Technical Assistant for our Wilmot Imaging site. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. The TA will provide assistance to radiology staff for patients obtaining MRI, CT and other exams. We are looking for an energetic team player to join our team.

Requirements

• Excellent multi-tasking skills and adaptability to a busy workflow
• Ability to work on a team and seek out where help is needed
• Responsible, reliable and willing to adhere to an established schedule
• Proficient in Windows based PC applications

Nice To Haves

• Prior medical office experience helpful
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams
• Interview patient prior to exam and provide accurate documentation for technologist and radiologist
• Provide patient education for scheduled exams
• Ability to help lift coils and assist the technologist with patient transfers
• Assist technologists and radiologists with other duties as needed
