About The Position

The candidate will act as an office support technician. They will provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for computers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in technical support and office setup;
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience;
  • Have held a similar role in the last year;
  • Ability to adapt easily and quickly to different IT environments;
  • Use of remote support tools (TeamViewer);
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 environment;
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting the following products/equipment: Windows 11 and MacOS (an asset);
  • Electronic messaging systems (Exchange, MS365, etc.);
  • Android and IOS mobile phones;
  • Personal computers and laptops, printers, servers, firewalls, and other peripherals;
  • VPN and cloud infrastructures.
  • Only candidates legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada will be considered.

  • Knowledge in troubleshooting Windows 11 and MacOS

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and on-site support. (Possibility of remote work, one day per week);
  • Escalate incidents and follow up with users;
  • Perform diagnostics, installation, and hardware repairs for desktops, laptops, hard drives, network tools, and other peripherals, etc.;
  • Provide software, hardware, and operational support;
  • Participate in various IT projects;
  • Keep client and incident documentation up to date within our ticketing system;
  • Deploy software manually or automatically;
  • Handle urgent and problematic technical situations (major breakdowns).
