We want everyone to feel that their voice matters, that all cultures are respected, and that diverse perspectives are not only welcome but essential to our success. Provide support to field teams when they have problems with software related to PLCs. Connection problems, or identifying problems that require in-depth intervention on PLCs. Identify deficiencies related to sequences or PLCs and related equipment attached to the building control PLC. Improve and consolidate our achievements by creating methods and training to help field teams effectively use these tools, and for us to maintain and correct them. During the first 2 years, a significant portion of the tasks will also involve reporting certain control problems so they can be covered under warranty or for defects, and following up on them to ensure corrections are made. 90% control, 10% instrumentation. Much needs to be built within this team, and the next 5 years will be challenging, so you must be ready to put in the effort. This role is 50% in the field and 50% in the office. We need to be ready to write methods and transfer some of this knowledge. We are not going to turn every member of the field teams into an industrial computer scientist, but we want them to become more comfortable (much is automated and connected).
