You will escalate incidents that cannot be resolved within the specified timeframes to the appropriate team and track it until resolution. Location: You will be based in our Montreal office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You will also be required to travel onsite at our merchant's locations to support installation projects. Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Field Technical Support.
