Technician (Entry Level)
About The Position
This entry-level technician role focuses on the diagnosis and repair of two-cycle equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and handheld units. The position involves performing carburetor service, fuel system repairs, and ignition diagnostics, as well as completing routine maintenance and manufacturer-standard repairs. Technicians are expected to ensure all work meets quality standards, follow established work order and service processes, and maintain clear and accurate documentation. The role requires consistent effort, attention to detail, and accountability, with an expectation to stay productive, organized, and engaged. Over the first year, expectations include learning the shop workflow, completing basic repairs, improving diagnostic abilities, maintaining consistent productivity, and becoming a reliable contributor to shop efficiency with increased responsibility.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience

- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Mechanical interest and willingness to learn are essential
